Opening Day off to a Bang
Opening day on Monday got off to a great start with a fantastic Champagne Breakfast put on for members by Dish Café. The weather was fantastic and everyone had plenty of food, bubbles and juice before going out and playing the 9 hole mini tournament off the different tees. The overall winner for the non handicap golfers was Leigh Reiri, and for the handicappers was Rod Dravitzki. Nearest the pin on no. 3 went to Philip Ferguson and no. 6 to Chic Reiri. The longest drive for the handicappers went to Phil Granich and for the non handicappers to Wendy Smith. A big thanks to Pam, Margaret and the team at Dish for the great breakfast and their support of the club.
